Legends fitness academy based fighters Dan Mitchell, Carlos Carvalho, Remy and Keira Sayer (K.9 Fight Team) and Ernestas Andrijauskas (Team Noguiera) were in action at the Unit 1 Muay Thai Interclub show in Bury St Edmunds last weekend.

Dan Mitchell took on talented Stuart Emmerson (Kwai Muay Thai Gym) at -70 kilos and put on a great show of sharp boxing and low-kicks for the whole four rounds, Mitchell also controlled the clinch work with his good footwork and knee strikes. Carlos Carvalho took on Clacton M.M.A’s Steve Clements at -60 kilos and like his team mate Mitchell displayed good Boxing and Low-Kicks skills, winding the Clacton man with a beautiful left hook to the body in the 3rd round, Carvalho was also strong in the clinch.
Ernestas Andrijauskas at -60 kilos produced lovely straight punches and some sharp low-kicks in his bout with Tom Ireland (Daj Chai Gym) Ernestas was also strong in the clinch.
Remy Sayer put on a great display of movement and countering in his bout with Clacton Muay Thai’s Bailey Bright. Keira Sayer in her first experience of Muay Thai was very controlled and showed a lot of improvement in her bout with Southend’s Ocean.
It was a great day of Muay Thai bouts and good experience for the Legend’s Fighters. Fitness Academy runs Muay Thai classes seven days a week everyone welcome.
